Ingredients

  • Ribeye or flank steak
  • Fresh hoagie rolls or baguettes
  • Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • Yellow onions
  • Bell peppers (red or green)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard for sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice steak into thin strips against the grain.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Increase heat to high, add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-6 minutes until browned.
