Spring Delight: Raspberry Tiramisu is a refreshing dessert that layers creamy mascarpone, tart raspberries, and delicate ladyfingers, making it the perfect treat for any spring celebration.


Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Ladyfingers
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Strong coffee or espresso
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso and let it cool slightly. Add sugar to dissolve.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer them in your serving dish.
  5. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and top with half of the raspberries. Repeat the layers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
