Description

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl until warm. Mix in granulated and brown sugars until creamy.
  3. Whisk in one egg and a splash of vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture until just incorporated.
  5. Fold half of the Nutella into the dough, reserving some for filling.
  6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, creating wells in each scoop to fill with remaining Nutella.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
