Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and jalapeños (and green onions if using) until mixed well.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough. On the unbuttered side, layer half of the cheddar cheese, followed by the jalapeño mixture, then top with the remaining cheddar.
  4. Place the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and melted.
