  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté broccoli until tender yet crisp (about 5-7 minutes). Season with salt.
  4. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add lemon juice.
  6. Slice grilled chicken and layer over broccoli in bowls. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
