Instructions

- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.

- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
