Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. Beat softened butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with 2 tbsp sugar until smooth, then add the egg yolk.
  6. Gently fold blueberries into the cookie dough mixture, then scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared sheets.
  7. Top each cookie with dollops of cream cheese mixture and swirl gently using a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown; let cool before serving.
