Instructions
- Brew strong espresso or coffee; allow to cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.
