Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger Cookies
  • Espresso or Strong Coffee
  • Mascarpone Cheese
  • Heavy Cream
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Brew strong espresso or coffee; allow to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.
