Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookie crust
  • Unsalted butter

  • Powdered sugar
  • Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes; let cool.
