  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with half of the cheddar cheese until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Evenly distribute the frozen peas on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
