- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with half of the cheddar cheese until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
- Evenly distribute the frozen peas on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
