Ingredients

  • 1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries (divided)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and gently fold in half of the blackberries.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Top with remaining blackberries before serving and enjoy!
