- ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh blackberries (divided)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and gently fold in half of the blackberries.
- Pour filling over cooled crust, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Top with remaining blackberries before serving and enjoy!
