Description

Tiramisu cupcakes are a delightful fusion of rich coffee, creamy mascarpone frosting, and chocolate dusting, perfect for any celebration or cozy night at home.


Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Eggs
  • Whole Milk (or almond milk)
  • Strong Brewed Coffee
  • Mascarpone Cheese
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pans with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in milk and strong brewed coffee until smooth.
  5. Fill liners about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the mascarpone frosting, whip together mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract; gradually add powdered sugar to taste.
  7. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting generously with mascarpone frosting. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
