Ingredients
- Fresh tilapia fillets
- Fresh lemons

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 3 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Place tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour marinade over the fillets to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Remove tilapia from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
