Description

Grilled Tilapia with Lemon and Herbs is a light, zesty dish that’s simple to prepare, perfect for summer gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • Fresh tilapia fillets
  • Fresh lemons
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh dill
  • Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 3 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  2. Place tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour marinade over the fillets to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
  4. Remove tilapia from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
