- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, combine shredded coconut and flour. In another bowl, whisk eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.
