Instructions

  2. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (around 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (about 6-8 minutes), then drain excess fat. Add garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
